ShoreTel ECC system is moving to a new server/ I have restarted my Optymyse server, what will be the effect on the Optymyse system?

If you restart the Optymyse server or move your ShoreTel ECC to a new server the connector will require the following configuration changes. Log into the Optymyse Director, navigate to Configuration, Connectors, then edit the configuration file for the ShoreTel ECC connector, and find the following four lines (near the top of the file):

"ShoreTelAddress": "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx",
"ShoreTelPort": 31456,
"ShoreTelUsername": "####",
"ShoreTelPassword": "####",

Simply change the IP address in the ShoreTelAddress field to the new ShoreTel ECC server address, and click "Update Connector Configuration". After around 60 seconds, the system will connect to the new IP address and the data will start flowing.

If the system doesn't automatically recover, please manually re-start the SJS ShoreTel ECC Connector service on the Optymyse server.
