Threshold Rule for an agent grid, (applied to the status/mode column). This rule can also be attached to a simple value if grids are not being used.
Here is an image of a design with an agent grid on and it was created with the rules below:
The datasource dropdown for the threshold rule is as follows:
Agents
[Any],
Statename
trigger when = (equal to)
trigger on [statename]
Agents.*.StateName = On ACD Call (background
colour green, foreground white)
Agents.*.StateName = Release (bg
red)
Agents.*.StateName = Waiting (bg
orange)
Agents.*.StateName = Idle(bg green)
Agents.*.StateName = Logged Off(bg grey)
Agents.*.StateName = Wrap(bg orange)
Agents.*.StateName = Ringing (bg green)
Agents.*.StateName = NonACD Out(bg
orange)
Agents.*.StateName = NonACD RLS Out (bg
orange)
Agents.*.StateName = NonACD In(bg orange)
Agents.*.StateName = Busy Other Grp (bg
orange)
Agents.*.StateName = Busy(bg orange)
Agents.*.StateName = NonACD RLS In (bg
orange)
Please note: the release/status codes come from the phone system. The status’s have to be exactly what comes out of the PBX they are case sensitive. When a grid is created you will see the status’s so you set up the rules based on that.
The system will always look at the first rule in a list first and if it applies (is true) it will do something and not look any further down the list, the only time it will go to the next rule is if it doesn’t apply (is false).
