The following steps explain how to setup a threshold rule for a popup alert: e.g. service level/calls waiting.
This process can also be used for any other rules which are to attached to Popup Alert
1. Click the Thresholds menu in the Optymyse Director
2. Click Add Threshold and type in a Threshold name and description (optional)
3. Click Create Threshold Ruleset
4. Hover over the Threshold name and click Manage Rule
5.Use the Add New Rule box to create your first rule, Click Add Rule
The first rule may be something like this for when there are calls queued:
Group sales queuedcalls >= 1
6. You should see your rule appear on the right in the Ruleset Rules box
7. Click the down arrow to expand the rule you just created
8. Click the lightening bolt icon and enable the trigger
9. Once complete click Save Rules
The rule is now setup
10. Click pages and open up your page design, click on the popup alert you want to attach the threshold to
11. Click the cog icon to configure the popup alert
12. Click the Threshold Rules dropdown and select the rule you want to attach to the popup alert
13. Click Save and Publish and your threshold should appear if the threshold rule applies
