Some reasons why you may not be able to login to the Optymyse Director include:
1. Your Optymyse Server has ran out of disk space
Please check your Optymyse server for available disk space on the "C" drive. It may have ran out. If that is the case, please delete any log files (possibly in c:logs, or c:programdatasjs solutionslogs), and if necessary re-boot the server to resume the system
2. You are using Internet Explorer
Please try Chrome, Firefox or Edge instead
3. Expired software license
